What is the desired functionality that you are missing?

As an administrator I would like to be able to set the authorizations for users and groups directly in the User Interface instead of the Service Config.

Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?

**Today in Optimize I have to configure parts of Authorizations in the service config (environment-config.yaml).

Whenever new users are added or removed they have to be added to the config and a new deployment and restart of the application has to happen. This leads to problems in production as multiple teams have to be involved usually in order to do that.
