As an administrator I would like that I can authorize user groups for accessing Event Based Processes.
Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?
Currently it is only possible to authorize specific users for accessing Event Based Processes. Every new user requires a restart of the app - by offering groups this would reduce the amount of restarts and changes necessary a lot since members of groups can be configured outside of the service config.

- Groups can be authorized for event based process access
- The configuration option is updated
- The configuration change is documented
