What is the desired functionality that you are missing?

As an administrator I would like to add data from additional Camunda process engines without having to change the environment-config.yaml.

Every time I change the environment-config I need to deploy and restart of Optimize.

Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?

Administrators want to change the environment-config as little as possible and rather configure the endpoints directly in the UI or have a different mechanism of ingesting the data into Optimize.
