selectively import date language translations

    Description

      Context:
      DateFns has translation for so many languages that we might never need in optimize, therefore, including them in the bundle is not useful and will affect performance.

      AT:

      • Find a way to selectively import date languages
      • only the following languages are included:
        • German
        • Spanish
        • Portuguese
        • Italian
        • French
        • Russian
        • Hindi
        • Japanese
