      Context:
      As a first step of the refactoring the upgrade-es-schema-tests module is to be converted from using ant to rely on a groovy script along with composable utilities for tasks like interacting with Optimize or elasticsearch.

      AT:

      • upgrade-es-schema-test module is not using ant scripts anymore but Groovy
