Context:
Currently the startup & upgrade scripts use the basedir for building correct classpath folders but any relative paths used during runtime (most prominently the plugin directory defaulting to `./plugins`) still depend on the directory the optimize scripts were called from. We thus should perform a `cd $BASEDIR` in the distro scripts.
