Currently, we load the camunda event names in the context of event based processes from the xml. Instead, we can load these from the sequence count index like we do with external events, which would also give us the currently missing count values.

Note: This means that we would no longer have the event labels. We could consider using parsing to keep this working until we persist the node names as labels in the future
