Context:
To be able to handle the deletion of engine data (e.g. definitions), Optimize will import the same definition several times. Once the front-end requests the definitions it's likely that the definition will show up twice in the response from the back-end. We should make sure that the version is only showing up once in the UI. However, it should be obvious to the user that there exist multiple deployments for that definition.
AT:
- the version dropdown in the definition shows only one version even if a definition has been deleted and deployed with the same version.
- it's obvious to the user that a definition has multiple deployments.
