L3 - Default Given we allow superusers to exist in Optimize, we should have one configured for our stage environment. This would be useful for testing/demo purposes.
Note that this would give that user access to everything, including the ability to enable/disable telemetry in the UI. Currently, this would send Optimize stage data to production shared services. If we pursue this option, we should consider/handle this by either not sending data from stage, or perhaps sending to to the integration telemetry service
