Unnecessary scrollbar in dashboard fullscreen view

      Reproduce:

      • Have a dashboard with dashboard filters
      • go to view mode and enable fullscreen
      • make sure the filters section is expanded

      Expected:

      • If all reports fit on the screen, there is no scrollbar
      • If the user has to scroll to see all reports, there is only one scrollbar

      Observed:

      • Number of scrollbars is one larger than expected
