    Description

      Given:
      A StatusNotifier for a given websocket

      When:
      Either importInProgress or importIsIdle is called from the EngineImportScheduler

      Then:
      The status is updated and sent out unconditionally

      Expected:
      If the actual import status of a given engine didn't change there is no need to trigger an update
