Nightly upgrade performance test ensures snapshot resilience

      Context:
      Given OPT-4251 is merged we can extend the nightly upgrade performance job to also perform a concurrent snapshot operation before the actual upgrade is executed.

      This will prolong the overall duration but serves as a good confirmation of the snapshot resilience.
