With OPT-2428 we introduce reports that distinguish activity cancellation/interrupted states. In that there is no distinction of how the activity was cancelled (either externally or by BPMN events).

As a User in Optimize, I need to be able to create that show me
- the number of times a user task/flownode has been cancelled externally
- the number of times a user task/flownode has been cancelled by BPMN events
