Save user task cancelation state on completed activity instance import

      In order to support a canceled flow node execution state configuration for user task process reports, we need to store the cancelation state of user tasks. This information does not yet exist on the Engine API, so we need to store this when importing the completed activity instances relating to those user tasks themselves
