Context:

In the docs, we currently do not yet include a mention of the new "Date and time zone" information we're displaying in the footer, this should be added (here: https://docs.camunda.org/optimize/develop/user-guide/footer/)

Also, we have removed the in chart date selection shown in the last screenshot on this page: https://docs.camunda.org/optimize/develop/user-guide/process/filter/#date-filters So this section needs to be removed.
