What is the desired functionality that you are missing?

As a report viewer, I would like to be able to filter the report on specific values that the editor has chosen for being available for filtering. This functionality could work similarly to Dashboard filters.

Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?

Currently I need to create a Dashboard in order to allow viewers to filter data in reports.
