When we import definitions, we may have already stored a definition with a different ID but matching key, version and tenant. We assume that the original has since been deleted, so we should mark it as so in Elasticsearch in order to be able to present this information to our users.

ATs:

• Definitions get marked as deleted if a new definition is imported with the same key/version/tenant combination
• The definition cache gets refreshed to contain the updated information
