What is the desired functionality that you are missing?
As a User, I would like to be able to see the duration of process instances that are currently still running (have no end date) in raw data tables.
Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?
Currently, I cannot see durations for running process instances in raw data table though these durations are relevant for monitoring, process improvement and analysis.
- given:
- I've started several process instances
- the instances are still running
- Optimize imports the data
- when:
- I create a raw data report
- then:
- I can see the duration in the raw data report referring from the date the instance has been started until now
