Mark definition as deleted if newer deployment exists in same import batch

      We currently only mark saved definitions as deleted upon import of a newer deployment. This means that if both the old and new are imported in the same batch, the old one will never be marked as deleted.

      ATs:

      • Old definitions are marked as deleted if they are imported in the same batch as a newer deployment
