Opening Combined Report Control Panel makes scrollbar appear

      Reproduce:

      • Create a single number report
      • Create a combined report
      • Add the single number report to the combined report
      • Click on the Configuration Button

      Expected:

      • Configuration Menu opens and is fully visible without a scrollbar appearing anywhere

      Observed:

      • Right edge of Configuration Menu is cut off
      • There is a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the page

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
