      • Update react, react-dom to version 17
      • prepare react-scripts for the latest version update

      Note:
      The 4.0.0 version of react-scripts compiles very slowly in development mode(this will be fixed in 4.0.1), therefore, the update of the version will not be included
      in this ticket. However, all the breaking changes of the new react-scripts should be already fixed in this ticket.
