    Description

      Context:
      Once an upgrade log is available with OPT-4525 the upgrade should be able to read this log and continue from where a previous upgrade left off to finish the upgrade.

      AT:

      • an aborted upgrade (either due to connection issues or manually killing the upgrade process) can be resumed by just rerunning the upgrade
      • the upgrade hints about detected completed steps and skips them
