Provide more accurate event frequency indicator in the events table in the FE EBP view

      We are no longer able to supply accurate event counts in the FE. We should remove/replace this column from the FE and also update the endpoint to better reflect its purpose.

      ATs:

      • The event counts column in removed from the event counts table and replaced with a Frequency bar
      • The accurate event counts are fetchable on demand for a given event type combination
      • The count is no longer returned as part of the response
      • REST-API documentation is updated
      • User documentation is updated
      • The endpoint is migrated to better reflect its purpose. For example, it could be /type rather than /counts
