      Context:
      To keep up with the latest releases we should test and add support for them.

      AT:

      • the jenkins pipeline for the ES support is extended with 7.9 & 7.10 steps
      • 7.9 & 7.10 are added to the supported version checker
      • as client version 7.10 is used to allow usage of latest additions
      • the documentation is adjusted to reflect the extended support (supported environments, announcements)
