According to our Glossary (https://confluence.camunda.com/display/camunda/Glossary), Update means:

From the customer's angle: Updating a software product to a newer version, e.g. from running Version 1.0 to Version 2.0. At Camunda, for example used in "Rolling Updates". Aligned with the meaning in Oxford Dictionary.

CamundaBPM Runtime Engine already uses "Update" for it (https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.14/update/). We should make sure that it's aligned according to our Glossary.
