      Prerequisite
      Use Chrome Version 87.0.4280.66

      Steps to reproduce

      • create a dashboard filter
      • enter values

      Problem
      the load spinner runs out of round (see attached screen cast)
      same problem occurs in the typeahead in the 'Add User to a Collection' modal

      Hint
      I could reproduce the problem in Chrome. Edge needs to be tested
