Context:
In order to allow hiding potential sensitive information being the metadata of assignees and candidate Group there should be a configuration that allows to disable that this data is fetched.

AT:

• assignee metadata sync can be disabled
• sync interval can be configured with a cron expression
• assignee/candidateGroup cache size can be configured
• assginee/candidateGroup cache sync batch size can be configured
• the Optimize documentation reflects these new config properties
