Description
It is possible that this is a duplication of another ticket.
To do:
When user edits an already applied Filter in a Report or a Dashboard.
The current primary button text saying 'Edit Filter' should be updated to read 'Update Filter'.
Using the word edit is confusing, as the user already is in an edit filter mode.
