Context:
After OPT-4534 we need to add the flow node duration filter as an option to the `Filter Flow Node Data` dropdown.

AT:

• there is a `Duration` or `Flow Node Duration` filter option in the `Filter Flow Node Data` dropdown that opens the same modal as the `Filter Process instances - Duration - Flow Node` filter
• the "filterLevel" property is set to "view" to apply this filter at the flow node level https://confluence.camunda.com/display/CO/Reports#Reports-Filter.1
