    Description

      Context:
      The search endpoints created with OPT-4664 don't scale well thus we have to ensure they still satisfy our <5s limit for 10k unique assignee/candidateGroup entries across all processes.

      • performanceTests ensure a responseTime < 5s for 10k unique assignees
