Make view level filters work with reports grouped by Variable

      Flow node reports can be grouped by Variable. View level filters are currently only applied at instance level but they should in fact also be applicable at view level too for flow node reports.

      ATs:

      • View level filters apply to flow node reports by only returning the nodes that match the given filter
