Identity view level filters should work for incident reports

      The view level identity filters should work for incident reports. This means that it would only show the incidents for flow nodes that have (their user task equivalents) been assigned to the group/assignee in the filter

      ATs:

      • The flow node identity filter can be applied at view level to incident reports
