Context:

See parent ticket. Remove the backend bucket limiting for date reports since we can't accurately limit in distributed by reports and we want the user to apply filters to narrow down the result instead of us applying filters internally for them. Date report bucket limiting will be removed with its own ticket because the date limiting logic is quite complex on its own.
