As an Operator / Admin of Optimize I would like to understand if the data import from one or multiple engines is currently healthy or if any action is needed from my side. I would like to understand this on a per engine basis.

Ideas

• In the footer, a new status type (yellow) will show that we have a connection with the engine, but the import cannot fetch certain data for some reason. An additional case is that the write-job to elasticsearch fails.
• If the elasticsearch connection is completely broken we already show a red connection status for elasticsearch. 
• We could consider a payload in an additional health endpoint to allow customers to monitor this additionally (from a technical operations perspective).
• We can consider looking into Event Based Processes publishing and "continuous publishing /ingestion "
