SSO-Plugin Sample is extended to reflect proxy configuration for share URLs

      Context:
      The current SSO-Plugin sample currently does not contain any special setup for share URLs. Given OPT-4620 we should extend it to make transparent how to configure a proxy/gateway to allow share URLs to be used without authentication.
