L3 - Default To Reproduce:
Stretch a number report 1 block high and 12 or so blocks wide.
In edit mode the number is cut off
In saved mode the number overhangs the container.
see attached screenshot.
Expected behaviour:
Number/progress bar does not overflow out of the report container.
The same issue happens for no data notice and should be also fixed there
