Add missing authorization IT for assignee/candidate group search endpoints

      Context:
      We recently noticed that there are no authorization IT for an existing search endpoint in Optimize (see PR comment https://github.com/camunda/camunda-optimize/pull/3154#pullrequestreview-579286580) . We should add IT for using the API with missing and partially missing authorizations.
      The endpoint in question is: https://confluence.camunda.com/display/CO/Assignee#Assignee-Searchforassignees
