Cannot reach content in outlier popover

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Open the outlier analysis view
      • Hover an flow node element
      • try to click on the 'view details' button

      Problem
      A) when the popover appears above the flow node element it works fine
      B) when the popover appears below the flow node element the popover disappears very fast
      Please have look at the attached sreencast.

      Expected behavior
      It is easy to access the popover content regardless from the popover position

      Hint
      I could reproduce the behavior with chrome and firefox

            the issue relates to the general tooltips disappear to fast ticket OPT-4806 but shows another edge-case where it occurs. Will close this one and include in the scope of OPT-4806.
