Steps to reproduce:

• Open the outlier analysis view
• Hover an flow node element
• try to click on the 'view details' button

Problem
A) when the popover appears above the flow node element it works fine
B) when the popover appears below the flow node element the popover disappears very fast

Expected behavior
It is easy to access the popover content regardless from the popover position

I could reproduce the behavior with chrome and firefox
