keep column order on raw data reports when switching definition/version

      You are in a raw data table report

      AT:
      When switching definition/version after reordering the columns:

      • The order of the columns are preserved
      • New variable columns that has no order will appear at the end
      • order applied to variables that exist only on the previously selected definition are reset
