Context:
With OPT-4871 the multi measure result structure was introduced, the scope of this task is to actually return multi measure results for reports.

AT:

• for each `view.properties` entry on a process report a measure result is returned on report evaluation
• decision reports only return a result for the first `view.properties` entry
• duplicate `view.properties` entries still yield only one result
