Context:

While working on an unrelated ticket, we noticed that MappingMetadataUtil.

getAllDynamicMappings is not returning the dynamic event process instance indices. Lets add them and also double check we aren't missing any other dynamic indices. Lets also evaluate  whether this behaviour can be tested in IT somehow, similar to how we're currently asserting the number of static indices in tests.
