      • The user can find all the information already located in the github doc repository (i.e. installation guide, configuration, plugin system)
      • All hyperlinks work
      • The user can find additional information about the web apps, meaning every functionality Optimize offers
      • The optimize docs fits to the already existing camunda docs (structure, appearance)
      • The Structure is clear to the user
      • The Optimize docs are reachable from all other doc pages (i.e. in getting started, manual, enterprise).
      • When there is an error in Optimize or an unknown page is referenced, the error page links to the new docs
      • A new step is added to the release description in the optimize wiki, where one can trigger the jenkins jobs to release the documentation

Askar added a comment - - edited may be rename https://docs.camunda.org/optimize/technical-guide/import/plugins/ to Plugins & Customization consequently rename "Variable Import Adaption" to "Variable Import Customization" https://docs.camunda.org/optimize/technical-guide/update/ is not fully correct, properties and logging configuration have to be "merged" with latest version https://docs.camunda.org/optimize/introduction/supported-environments/#java-runtime supported java environment should only be oracle

            • I would suggest we add Xmx=1024 for engine as minimum recommended requirement. This is the heap size on which engine is not crashing with KN dataset.
            • I would suggest we add explanation how to add extra users to optimize without engine integration.
            • see SUPPORT-3530, consider documenting this authentication support

I think we should do the second point later on, because right now this can only be done using elasticsearch directly. Maybe it makes sense to wait with this until we have a proper user management system in Optimize. I created the ticket OPT-512, so we don't forget about that.
