Autogeneration requires the existence of the camunda activity event index and the process instance index of a given camunda event source. We currently filter the displayed camunda definition keys of those with a camunda activity event index, but do not consider the process instance index (this was previously a single instance index). To avoid autogeneration misbehaving, we should extend this filtering to exclude definition keys for which we have not yet created a process instance index
