Context:
If an Alert is created based on a number report and afterwards the number report is updated to multi measure
The Alert in this case is based on multi measure report (it crashes the alert section currently)

AT:

• Return conflict response when saving a multi measure number report if there were associated alerts attached to it
• Delete the associated Alerts on confirmation (force save)
