What is the desired functionality that you are missing?
As a User I would like to exclude non-business hours from the calculation of task and process instance durations.
As a User I would like to be able to configure how business hours are being calculated.
Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?
**When looking at durations - especially durations of user tasks - or processes that mainly consist of user tasks or where user tasks are a driver for long durations - including non-business hours leads to longer durations. This is especially true when looking e.g. at Idle or Work Time of User Tasks.
Acceptance Criteria
- Consider different timezones
- Exclude weekends
Hint
- Assume all users are in the same timezone
- Assume Sat/Sun are not business days
- Use an existing timezone picker (https://baseweb.design/components/timezone-picker)
