      Given:
      I create and publish an event based processs

      When:
      The publish runs

      then:
      the progress can be negative for a certain timespan

      Expected:
      The progress should be between 0.0-100.0

      Hint:
      This can happen if `firstEventForSourceAtTimeOfPublishTimestamp` < `lastImportedEventTimestamp`
