      Context:

      With OPT-3834, we added timezone adjustments to csv exports based on an additional timezone header in the request (X-Optimize-Client-Timezone). Currently however, the FE does not add this header to the csv request, resulting in incorrect timezones in the csv. 

      AT:

      • Add timezone header to csv request so timestamps in the csv are adjusted to the client timezone
