Update chart.js to 3.4

      Context:
      Chart.js released a new major version which very nice features such as tree shaking and huge performance improvements.
      It seems that there are a lot of breaking changes that we need to address before updating

      AT:

      • Charts is updated to 3.4 and all breaking changes are fixed
