      What is the desired functionality that you are missing?

      As a User I would like to be able to specify custom E-Mail subjects for the E-Mails that alerts are triggering.

      Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?

      When receiving multiple alerts via E-Mail today it is relatively hard to distinguish between them. Having precise E-Mail subjects helps to directly understand what the Alerts is about and what action is necessary. On top: It would even allow specifying in the E-Mail subject from which environment the Alert is coming. This is relevant if in a Staging or Development Environment Alerts are configured to verify the behavior.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • MH Users can determine if an alert is from a development or production environment
      • MH Custom subject is an optional field
      • NTH Users can access detailed information like in the webhook (see attached image)

      Hint

      Allow environment variables to be stored in the Optimize instance.
      Then, allow them to be set, enclosing them with <> or {}
