The Backend should include variables from other instances that might not have a value for those displayed. We can have a maximum limit on the number of columns returned if necessary

ATs:

• All variables across all instances should be displayed as column headers, even if not entries on the given page contain that result
• The column ordering should be alphabetical across all variables
• If required, we can have a limit on the number of variable columns to display as this is potentially boundless
